教师见闻｜非洲中文教师的中国培训之旅

My journey began on the 10^th of June 2025 when I departed from Zimbabwe, and arriving in Xiamen City on the 12^th. From the very first day, I was captivated by China's rich heritage, diving deep into its culture, geography, politics, economy, technology, education, and social customs. It was truly enlightening to witness how China has transformed into a formidable force from the East.

我的旅程始于2025年6月10日，那天我从津巴布韦出发，于12日抵达中国厦门。从第一天起，我就被中国丰富的文化遗产所吸引，深入了解了中国的文化、地理、政治、经济、科技、教育和社会习俗。亲眼见证中国如何从东方崛起成为一股强大的力量，令我深受启发。

The second day was especially busy and rewarding. I had the privilege of visiting Jimei Middle School, established in 1918 by the esteemed patriotic overseas Chinese leader Tan Kah Kee (Chen Jiageng). This school, with its inspiring motto of Sincerity and Perseverance, beautifully blends Chinese and Western educational philosophies and has nurtured countless outstanding talents. It felt like stepping into a living testament of China’s modern educational history. 

第二天忙碌而充实。我有幸参观了集美中学，这所学校由著名的爱国华侨领袖陈嘉庚先生于1918年创办。学校秉持“诚毅”校训，中西融合的教育理念令人钦佩，培养了无数杰出人才。置身其中，仿佛走进了中国现代教育发展的缩影。

After visiting Jimei Middle School, I observed practical Chinese teaching methods at Wuyuan No.2 Experimental School. This experience was invaluable; I learned various effective teaching strategies while engaging directly with students and Chinese teachers.

参观完集美中学后，我来到五缘第二实验学校，观摩了实用的汉语教学方法。这段经历非常宝贵，我在与学生和中国教师直接互动中学习到了多种高效教学策略。

Dining at Weiyou Restaurant, founded in 1993, was another highlight of my trip. Known for its authentic Minnan (Southern Fujian) cuisine and seafood specialties, I savored the delightful flavors of Xiamen's culinary scene.

在1993年成立的味友餐厅用餐也是此行的一大亮点。该餐厅以正宗闽南菜和海鲜闻名，我品尝了厦门美食的独特风味，回味无穷。

The next day at Huaqiao University, Huawen College was equally enriching. I observed the Vocational New Model for Chinese Language teaching and attended a fascinating lecture on Chinese classroom design and cross-cultural integration. Participating in traditional Lion Dance and sword dance added a vibrant cultural dimension to my training.

次日，我在华侨大学华文学院的学习同样收获颇丰。我观摩了职业中文教学新模式，并聆听了一场关于中文课堂设计与跨文化融合的精彩讲座。舞狮和剑舞等传统文化活动，更为我的培训增添了鲜活的文化体验。

My visit to Wuping County allowed me to experience rural education in China at firsthand. Traveling by bullet train, which reached speeds of 275 km/h, was exhilarating—a thrilling first-time experience for me! In Wuping, I visited Liu Ya Lou Hong Jun Xiao Xue, a primary school steeped in military history, where students impressively showcased military drills.

前往武平县的行程让我亲身感受到了中国的乡村教育。我首次乘坐时速高达275公里的高铁，令人兴奋不已！在武平，我参观了具有军旅历史背景的刘亚楼红军小学，学生们展示的军体操令我印象深刻。

Upon returning to Xiamen, I gained valuable insights into utilizing AI in teaching Chinese. This opened my eyes to innovative technologies that can enhance my teaching practices. We also engaged in meaningful discussions about the challenges and strategies for localizing Chinese education in Africa—topics that resonated deeply with me as I face similar issues back home.

回到厦门后，我收获了关于人工智能在汉语教学中应用的宝贵见解。这让我看到了如何通过创新技术提升教学效果的新方向。我们还就汉语教育在非洲本土化过程中所面临的挑战与策略进行了深入讨论，这些议题令我感同身受，因为我在本国也正面临类似问题。

On our final day, I enjoyed shopping at Yintal Mall, immersing myself in the vibrant Chinese shopping culture. After lunch, we participated in a round table to evaluate the entire program, culminating in a heartfelt closing ceremony.

最后一天，我们在银泰商城购物，体验了中国充满活力的购物文化。午餐后，我们参加了圆桌总结讨论会，并在充满情感的结业仪式中画上了圆满句号。

Once again, thank you for this remarkable opportunity. The knowledge and experiences I gained during this training will undoubtedly enhance my teaching competence and help foster stronger ties between our countries.

再次感谢这次宝贵的学习机会。我在培训中获得的知识与经历将极大提升我的教学能力，也将促进我们两国之间更深层次的交流与合作。
