津大孔院受邀参加企业招聘会活动

Confucius Institute at the University of Zimbabwe participated at the Career Fair day organised by the Apostolic Faith Mission of Zimbabwe, Kingdom Life Centre at Avondale Primary School

津大孔院受邀参加由津巴布韦使徒信仰传教团王国生活中心在Avondale小学举办的企业招聘会活动。

The Confucius Institute was invited to participate at a Career Fair at Avondale Primary School on the 26^th of April 2025.  The purpose of the invitation was for the Confucius Institute to market the Teaching of Chinese Language to the community, church members and other stakeholders who were also in attendance at the career fair.

招聘会于2025年4月26日在Avondale小学举行。此次邀请的目的是让孔子学院向社区、教会成员和其他参加招聘会的相关人士推广中文教学。

The objective of the career fair was to provide a platform for students, parents, job seekers and professionals to have an insight on academic subject combinations, degree programmes as well as exploring career opportunities in the markets. 

此次招聘会旨在为学生、家长、求职者和专业人士提供一个平台让他们深入了解学科组合、学位课程以及市场就业机会。

Both young and adults were keen to know about the benefits of learning Chinese, and how they can study Chinese.  The team also explained about the Chinese culture and job opportunities available after studying Chinese language such as translation and interpretation, teaching and cultural exchange programs.

无论是小孩还是成年人，都非常想了解学习中文的好处，以及如何学习中文。团队向他们介绍了中国文化和学习中文后的工作机会，如笔译和口译、教学和文化交流项目等。

It was a day well spent interacting and networking with various categories of individuals. The interest that the audience has for learning Chinese is huge. Indeed Chinese language has become more popular especially with more and more companies being Chinese owned. Proficiency in Chinese Language can open up diverse job opportunities, such as becoming a language interpreter, translator, cultural liaison. Additionally, roles in education, tourism, and international relations benefit from Chinese Language skills.

这一天，我们与各类人士进行了充分的互动和交流。观众对学习中文的兴趣非常浓厚。实际上，中文已经变得越来越流行，特别是随着中国企业在津巴布韦的兴盛与发展。熟练掌握中文可以带来各种工作机会，如成为翻译和文化使者等。此外，教育、旅游和国际关系领域的工作也会从中文技能中受益。
