四⽉与五⽉的都柏林，春意渐浓。课堂、校园与城市之间，孔⼦学院的师⽣们在学习与交流中不断相遇，在语⾔与⽂ 化的流动中留下⼀个个温暖的瞬间。

Dublin in April and May is gradually filled with the breath of spring. Between classrooms, campuses, and the city, teachers and students of the Confucius Institute continue to meet through learning and exchange, leaving behind warm moments within the flow of language and culture. 

在春天的课堂里：教学与成长的脚步

In the spring classroom: the journey of teaching and growth

4⽉11⽇，学院组织开展农场团建活动。⽼师们⾛进春⽇农场，暂别⽇常教学与办公，在轻松的 体验中感受⾃然与⽂化的交融。⼤家亲⼿制作爱尔兰传统⾯包，近距离接触农场动物，观看牧 ⽺⽝表演，并在互动讲解中学习区分alpaca与llama。在欢声笑语中增进交流，也为接下来的⼯作 积蓄能量。 （感谢全体孔院⽼师的积极参与）

On April 11, the Institute organized a farm team-building activity. Teachers visited a spring farm, taking a break from daily teaching and office work to enjoy a relaxed experience of nature and culture. They made traditional Irish bread by hand, observed farm animals up close, watched a sheepdog performance, and learned to distinguish alpacas from llamas through interactive explanations. In laughter and conversation, they strengthened communication and recharged for the work ahead. (With thanks to all teachers and staff for their active participation) 

4月13日 ，学院召开双周例会。本次会议以线上形式举行 ，大家回顾近期工作进展 ，分享经验 ，并就大学生“汉语桥” 比赛筹备 工作进行讨论，细化安排，明确分工，为活动顺利开展做好准备。（感谢全体孔院老师的积极参与）

On April  13,  the  Institute  held  a bi-weekly meeting  online. Participants reviewed recent work progress,  shared experiences, and discussed preparations for  the University “Chinese Bridge” competition, refining arrangements and clarifying responsibilities to ensure smooth implementation.  第⼋期本⼟教师培训项⽬于四⽉底正式启动，并于5⽉23⽇顺利开课，为中⽂教学持续注⼊本地化与专业化⼒量。该项⽬每年为学院少⼉班输送了⼤批优秀教师，已逐步发展成为学院的重要品牌项⽬之⼀。这⼀成果的背后，离不开⽼师们精⼼设计的培训内容与⽆私的经验分享。（感谢公派⽼师邓嫦娥，师霖瞳，肖丽君，陈晓⻜，胡梦⽂，张⻬红，刘潇⽉，李宁莹，萍的培训分享，以及办公室张臻的组织协调及⾏政⽀持）

The 8th Local Teacher Training Program was officially launched at the end of April and began classes smoothly on May 23, continuously strengthening the localization and professional development of Chinese language teaching. Each year, the program brings a large number of outstanding teachers to the Institute’s youth classes and has gradually become one of the Institute’s key flagship projects. This achievement is made possible by the carefully designed training content and the generous sharing of experience by the teachers. 进入五月 ，少儿班新学年招生工作正式启动 ，为新一轮学习旅程拉开序幕；与此同时 ，YCT考试顺利举行 ，孩子们在考场中自信应考 ，也交出了阶段性学习成果的答卷。（感谢陈晓飞 ， 师霖瞳两位老师的工作） 

In May, enrollment for the newacademic year of the youth classes officially began, marking the start of a new learning journey. At thesame   time,   the  YCT   exam   was   successfully   held,   with   students   confidently   taking   the   test   anddemonstrating their learning progress. 在学期收尾之际 ，少儿班与高考班陆续结课。课堂的告别并不意味着结束 ，而是另一段成长的开始。师生们在总结与合影中 留下了珍贵的记忆。（感谢所有少儿班高考班的授课老师）

As the term came to an end, both the youth classes and the Leaving Cert Chinese classes gradually concluded. Saying goodbye in the classroom does not mean an ending, but the beginning of another stage of growth. Teachers and students left behind precious memories through reflection and group photos. 在文化之间：语言如何被看见

Between cultures: how language is made visible

4⽉19⽇，⼤学⽣“汉语桥”⽐赛在我院如期举⾏。来⾃爱尔兰的⼤学⽣们⾛上舞台，在语⾔表达与⽂化理解的展⽰中尽情发挥，我院选送的选⼿取得优异成绩。好成绩离不开⽼师们的悉⼼辅导，感谢肖丽君张博雅两位⽼师。

On April 19, the University “ChineseBridge” competition was held at our Institute as scheduled. Students from Ireland took the stage and fully demonstrated their language skills and cultural understanding, and the students selected by our Institute achieved excellent results.These achievements would not have been possible without the careful guidance of teachers Xiao Lijun and Zhang Boya.

4⽉20⽇，国际中⽂⽇如约⽽⾄。⼤学⽣们以接⻰合唱《北京 欢迎你》的⽅式献上祝福，相关视频收获⼴泛关注。同时， ⼀系列记录外国学⽣与中⽂相遇的短视频在⼩红书发布，以 轻松有趣的⽅式传播中⽂之美。感谢王梦迪在拍摄与创意上 的⽤⼼，并欢迎⼤家关注学院⼩红书平台。

On April 20, International Chinese Language Day arrived. UCD students marked the occasion with a relay-style performance of Beijing Welcomes You, and the video received wide attention. At the same time, a series of short videos documenting foreign students’ encounters with Chinese were published on Xiaohongshu, sharing the beauty of the Chinese language in a light and engaging way. We thank Wang Mengdi for her thoughtful work in filming and creative planning, and welcome everyone to follow our Xiaohongshu account.

同⽇上线的“为你读诗”活动⾸期推出，特别邀请驻爱尔兰⼤使 赵希源阁下与汉语桥三等奖获得者Sasha Odemena共同朗诵春⽇ 诗篇，在语⾔与诗意的交汇中，让中华⽂化在聆听与表达之间 缓缓流动。感谢王梦迪在整体设计与组织中的投⼊。

On the same day, the inaugural episode of the “Reading Poetry for You” initiative was launched. The program specially invited His Excellency Ambassador Zhao Xiyuan and Sasha Odemena, third prize winner of the Chinese Bridge competition, to jointly recite poems of spring. In the convergence of language and poetry, Chinese culture flows gently through listening and expression. Special thanks to Wang Mengdi for their dedication to the overall design and organization of the project. 

进⼊5⽉，⼩学⽣与中学⽣“汉语桥”活动持续开展，为不同年龄段学习者搭建展⽰与交流的平台。梦⽂作为评委代表学院出席，师霖瞳负责组织联络与带队⼯作，辅导教师⻬红、张博雅、⾼紫萱全程参与⽀持。

In May, the “Chinese Bridge” for primary and secondary school students continued, providing a platform for learners of different age groups to showcase themselves and exchange ideas. Hu Mengwen attended as a judge representing UCDCII, Shi Lintong was responsible for coordination and group leadership, and teachers Qi Hong, Zhang Boya, and Gao Zixuan provided full support throughout the process.

与此同时，孔⼦学堂艺术部线上画展正式启动，以视觉艺术拓展⽂化表达的边界。感谢余传英、刘阳河的⾟勤付出。本⽉，学院亦携⼿爱⼼社共同推进画展项⽬，从筹备到启动，让⽂化交流在多元形式中不断延展，感谢办公室及志愿者⽼师们的协助与⽀持。

At the same time, the Art Department of Children’s class launched an online art exhibition, expanding cultural expression through visual art. We thank Yu Chuanying and Liu Yanghe for their work. The Institute also collaborated with the Aixin Society to develop the project from preparation to launch, with support from the office and volunteer teachers.

在⾏⾛的城市⾥：理解⼀座城市，也理解彼此

City Tour: Understanding a city, and understanding each other

5⽉7⽇，⽼师们⾛进都柏林城市历史之旅（City Tour）。在街道、建筑与讲述中，城市不再只是⼯作与⽣活的背景，⽽成为理解爱尔兰⽂化的重要⼊⼝。

On May 7, teachers took part in a Dublin City History Tour. Through streets, buildings, and stories, the city was no longer just a backdrop for work and daily life, but an important entry point to understanding Irish culture.

在更远的路上：交流与连接持续发⽣

On a longer journey ahead: exchanges and connections continue to unfold

4⽉⾄5⽉期间，学院启动并推进访华团项⽬，包括中学⽣及教育⼯作者访华团的组织与筹备⼯作。办公室在前期联络与统筹中投⼊⼤量时间与精⼒，细致推进各项安排，为后续交流访问奠定了扎实基础，也为中爱之间的⽂化与教育互动搭建起更加丰富的桥梁。

In April and May, the Institute launched and advanced its China visit programs, including the organization and preparation of visits for secondary school students and education professionals. The office invested significant time and effort in early coordination and planning, carefully managing all arrangements and laying a solid foundation for the upcoming visits. These efforts also helped build richer bridges for cultural and educational exchange between China and Ireland.

5⽉，学院积极筹备6⽉与科克⼤学孔⼦学院的交流活动，推动院际合作持续深化。交流会将于6⽉7⽇开展。

In May, the Institute actively prepared for exchange activities with the Confucius Institute at University College Cork in June, further deepening inter-institutional cooperation.

在延展的课堂之外：项⽬与未来正逐步成形

In the extended classroom: projects and futures ahead

4⽉⾄5⽉期间，学院对各类课型进⾏了梳理与修订更新，新课程研发也在积极推进，教学筹备⼯作有序开展，后续跟进⼯作稳步进⾏，期待新学期呈现更多优质课程。

In April and May, the Institute reviewed and revised various course types.New course development was actively advanced, and teaching preparations were carried out in an organized manner, with follow-up work progressing steadily. We look forward to offering more high-quality courses in the new semester.

5⽉，少⼉班及⾼考班新学年招⽣启动，也标志着中⽂教育在更年轻⼀代中的持续延伸。

Enrollment for the new academic year of the youth classes and A-Level classes also began, marking the continued expansion of Chinese language education among younger learners.

5⽉，离任筹备⼯作有序推进，为团队交接与年度收尾做好准备。离任欢送会将于6⽉5⽇举办。

In May, preparations for staff departures were steadily advanced, ensuring a smooth handover and year-end wrap-up.

编者的话

这是本学年最后⼀期《孔院回声》。谨向所有同事致以诚挚感谢，感谢⼤家在2025/26学年的⾟勤付出与彼此⽀持。创办《孔院回声》的初衷，是希望以⽉度记录的⽅式，让⼤家更了解彼此的⼯作与学院⽇常，在梳理中回望，在回望中⽣⻓。我希望它不仅是⼀份⼯作简报，也是⼀种温柔的复盘，让⽇常的努⼒被看⻅，让分散的⽚段被连接，也让忙碌的⼯作多⼀份可触摸的温度。

起初将内容发在群⾥时，并没有即时的“回声”，⼀度让我感到这是单向的记录。但在与⼤家的交流中，我逐渐意识到，它其实已经被认真阅读、被默默认可，并以另⼀种⽅式延续着意义。从最初个⼈发起的尝试，到如今逐渐成为⼀项规律性的⼯作，我在其中看到了它被接受与被期待的过程。这份记录，不仅对我们⽽⾔是⼀种持续的动⼒，对⼤家⽽⾔，也是⼀种共同的回望与连接。

回声未必总是即时发⽣，但会在时间中慢慢显现。正如我们的⽇常⼯作，在对学⽣的付出与陪伴中，往往是在时间的积累⾥逐渐收获来⾃学⽣的正向反馈。这些细微⽽真实的回应，也正是我们坚守中⽂推⼴事业的动⼒所在。愿这份记录在未来不断延续，在⼤家的⼯作与⽇常之间持续连接。让我们在彼此的⽀持中继续前进。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  ——张臻 UCDCII Office
