中非中心组织中国人民大学“人”者无疆研学团参访阳光易峰

2026年10月4日，在中国人民大学“人”者无疆·学生全球胜任力提升项目支持下，“中非互鉴·津巴布韦田野行”海外研学团师生参访津巴布韦阳光易峰陶瓷公司，深入调研当地中资企业发展实况，在田野实践中体悟中非合作内涵。

On 4 October 2026, with the support of Renmin University of China’s “Ren” Global: Enhancing Students’ Global Competence Programme, the faculty and students of the “China-Africa Mutual Learning · Zimbabwe Field Study” overseas study delegation visited Sunny Yifeng Tiles in Zimbabwe. The visit provided an opportunity for the delegation to gain an in-depth understanding of the development of a Chinese-invested enterprise in Zimbabwe and to explore the broader significance of China-Africa cooperation through field-based learning.

由12位学生、2位教师和3位津大孔院教师组成的研学团，受到了阳光易峰成总经理和其他公司领导的热情接待。他们带领研学团成员，依次走访参观了陶瓷厂和建设中的电厂、化肥厂和水泥厂等核心生产区域，让大家系统了解了企业发展历程、整体发展规划、厂区生产规模、全套生产工艺流程以及年产值、年产量等核心经营数据，帮助大家全方位、多角度掌握当地中资制造企业的生产运营模式与产业发展现状。

The delegation, comprising 12 students, two faculty members and three teachers from the CIUZ, received a warm welcome from General Manager Cheng and other company executives at Sunny Yifeng Tiles. They led the delegation on visits to key production areas, including the ceramics factory as well as the power plant, fertilizer plant and cement plant currently under construction. Through the visit, the participants gained a systematic understanding of the company’s development history, overall development plans, production capacity and scale, complete manufacturing processes, annual output value and production volume, among other key operational indicators. The visit enabled the delegation to gain a comprehensive and multi-dimensional understanding of the production and operational model and industrial development of a Chinese-invested manufacturing enterprise in Zimbabwe.

据悉，阳光易峰陶瓷公司成立于2015年，2018年正式落地津巴布韦，是津巴布韦当地唯一一家地板砖生产企业，主营地板砖、屋顶瓦、瓷质餐具等各类陶瓷制品。公司始终秉持以优质产品赋能美好生活的发展愿景，深耕津巴布韦市场，凭借可靠的产品品质与扎实的生产实力，助力当地民生改善与工业发展，是中津经贸合作的重要实践者。

Sunny Yifeng Tiles was established in 2015 and officially began operations in Zimbabwe in 2018. It is reportedly the only floor tile manufacturer in Zimbabwe, with its main products including floor tiles, roof tiles, porcelain tableware and other ceramic products. The company has consistently pursued a vision of enhancing quality of life through high-quality products and has developed a strong presence in the Zimbabwean market. With reliable product quality and solid manufacturing capabilities, it contributes to improving local livelihoods and industrial development and serves as an important example of China-Zimbabwe economic and trade cooperation.

研学团正式开启参访学习之旅，是在阳光易峰的产品展厅内。工作人员详细介绍了当地主流瓷砖产品的风格特点与市场适配性。学员们敏锐地发现，津巴布韦本土热销瓷砖的款式、风格与国内市场偏好存在显著差异。结合自身专业知识与津巴布韦本土国情，同学们围绕企业本地建厂条件、经营发展优势与现存困境、海外就业发展前景、非洲日用品市场发展潜力、中非跨文化交际难点与应对方法等核心问题主动提问、深入探讨，并结合所学分享自身思考与独到见解，现场交流氛围热烈浓厚。

The delegation began its visit in the company’s product showroom, where staff members provided a detailed introduction to the styles and market suitability of mainstream ceramic tile products in Zimbabwe. Participants quickly noticed significant differences between the designs and styles of popular tiles in Zimbabwe and consumer preferences in the Chinese market. Drawing on their academic backgrounds and their understanding of Zimbabwe’s local context, the students actively raised questions and engaged in in-depth discussions on a range of issues, including the conditions for establishing factories locally, the advantages and challenges of business operations and development, overseas employment prospects, the development potential of the African consumer goods market, and challenges and approaches in China-Africa intercultural communication. They also shared their own reflections and insights based on what they had learned. The discussion was lively and engaging.

在研讨环节，成总经理给大家详细介绍了以电厂、化肥厂和水泥厂为主体的布鲁克斯曼投资（私人）有限公司的整体发展概况。围绕中非国家战略布局、津巴布韦本土企业生存发展环境、中国企业出海的机遇与挑战、跨境汇率交易风险、海外中资企业形象构建、企业发展愿景及工业生产实操难题等多个核心议题，师生们主动提出困惑、分享思考，与成总和其他企业负责人展开深度座谈交流。针对大家的提问与探讨，成总结合多年海外从业经验，给出了贴合行业实际、兼具参考价值的真诚解答，让在场师生受益匪浅。

During the seminar, General Manager Cheng gave a detailed introduction to the overall development of Brooksman Investments (Private) Limited, whose major projects include a power plant, fertilizer plant and cement plant. Faculty members and students engaged in in-depth discussions with General Manager Cheng and other company representatives on a wide range of topics, including China-Africa strategic development, the business environment for local enterprises in Zimbabwe, opportunities and challenges facing Chinese companies expanding overseas, cross-border foreign exchange transaction risks, the image-building of Chinese-invested enterprises overseas, corporate development visions, and practical challenges in industrial production. In response to the questions and discussions raised by the participants, General Manager Cheng drew on his years of professional experience overseas to provide candid answers grounded in industry practice and offering valuable insights. The discussion proved highly informative for both faculty members and students.

本次企业参访是“中非互鉴·津巴布韦田野行”研学项目的重要实践环节。借助“人”者无疆·学生全球胜任力提升项目的支持，人大学子得以立足田野实践，深入津巴布韦乡村、矿山、农田、工厂与高校，跳出书本理论框架，在真实的海外实践场景中直观感知中非合作的落地成果与现实图景，切实提升了学生的全球视野、跨文化沟通能力与国际问题研究能力。

The enterprise visit was an important practical component of the “China-Africa Mutual Learning · Zimbabwe Field Study” programme. With the support of the “Ren” Global: Enhancing Students’ Global Competence Programme, students from Renmin University of China were able to engage directly with field-based realities across Zimbabwe, visiting rural communities, mines, farmland, factories and universities. Moving beyond the theoretical framework of classroom learning, they gained first-hand insights into the practical outcomes and realities of China-Africa cooperation in overseas settings. The experience contributed to strengthening their global perspectives, intercultural communication skills and capacity for research on international issues.

中非中心作为中国人民大学海外研学与文明对话的平台之一，也将继续组织人大青年学子走出国门，行走于中非之间，以学术为纽带、以实践为载体，开展跨越山海的文明交流与互学互鉴，在深耕非洲田野中拓宽视野、增长才干，助力中非青年交流与中非文明深度互鉴。

As one of the platforms of Renmin University of China for overseas field study and dialogue among civilizations, the China-Africa Joint Research Centre will continue to organize opportunities for young students from Renmin University of China to venture abroad and engage with Africa. By connecting academic learning with practical experience, the Centre will promote exchanges and mutual learning across cultures and continents, enabling students to broaden their horizons and develop their capabilities through field-based engagement in Africa, while contributing to youth exchange between China and Africa and deeper mutual learning between Chinese and African civilizations.
